I've had to visit Rusty's three times this week because my vape has been acting out, and I just love this place and the employees I've done business with. Met Drew tonight when I finally broke down and decided to replace my tank and she was just wonderful to talk to. She helped me out a good bit tonight and I'm grateful for her help and knowledge. I'm always gonna visit this place when I'm in town. So far I've seen nothing but smiles and kindness and good energy from the store and the employees. Thank yall for being cool. Rick and Abby were not only helpful but genuinely took the time to really, really, assist me in buying the right product, they also took the time to explain the product was and how to use correctly. Went in for ejuice they had a decent selection. Not as many as a shop that does mostly vape stuff but enough to find something you would like. They have A LOT of other stuff too. Prices are average and you can have a membership card so you can save points and get discounts. Overall its clean, has a lot of fun things to look at and staff has always been friendly too me. ~ Brandi T

If you are visiting from out of town like me and my brother were then this is the best place to stop at. Best glass, best prices, good people. It’s right down the street from the Cookies Commerce City which if you are like us that’s the first place we stop at after we leave the airport. We stopped at other shops in town but none of them were comparable to Rusty’s!!! ~ Adam C

I love, love, love this place! All employees always go above and beyond with their service! I was there yesterday and the guy that was working spent good 15 minutes trying to find a right tank for my vape that previously had poor fitting tank and was leaking juice all over. Prices are also very reasonable, actually probably the lowest in the area. 👏 ~ Nadia W

Every time I go into Rustys their employees are fantastic and professional. I always get recommended good products and have yet to be disappointed with anything I've bought from here. I'm in about once a week for vaping products and occasionally for glass. Their product line is always growing and I'm impressed by how far they've came since opening! ~ Isaiah

The staff here always welcome me in with a big smile and make me feel appreciated. I really like them. Prices are decent, selection is big. This is a 2 yr update... Broke a piece of my rig today, Thanksgiving morning!!!! In a panic I found Rusty's online. I arrived and realized I didn't know the all the fitting sizes. Jaya, was so nice and helpful. I love coming here. I usually have plenty of questions, and everyone is pretty knowledgeable and patient enough to help me out. Had a one time bad accessory, most likely from a bad manufacturing batch, and was able to get it worked out fairly easy. No hassle or "well that sucks" response. Bought coils and kratom. Kratom is packaged as if it's a reputable brand and well-priced. Too early too tell if good or not. Freemax coils seemed rather pricey, but I'm no expert in that field yet. Very big selection of glass, can't comment on juice selection as I vape home-made. Guy who opened up shop on Sunday am was nice and professional. ~ Luke R

Was only looking for a vape shop close to my work to shop at one time, instead i found a place that will be my go to vape supplier from now on. Very friendly, didn't feel rushed or like i was a nuisance while i tried multiple flavors. Very fairly priced on their huge selection of flavors. ~ Dale T
